Iron Ridge Powersports exists because Houston riders own more than one machine — and deserved one shop that takes all of them seriously.
The founding frustration was simple: a Houston garage in 2016 held a RZR, two quads, and a Sea-Doo — and getting them all serviced meant three shops, three standards, and three different versions of "we'll call you." The UTV place wouldn't touch watercraft. The marine shop treated quads as a favor. Nobody kept one history for the whole garage.
Iron Ridge Powersports was built as the answer: one shop with real programs — not side hustles — for UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, and watercraft. That meant investments most shops skip: factory diagnostic software for six OEM platforms, a dedicated marine bay with a test tank, a fabrication bay with real welding, and technicians certified across the machines instead of around them.
Ten years and three hundred builds later, the model is proven, the reviews say what we'd hope, and the founding rule hasn't moved: every machine gets diagnosed with data, fixed at the cause, and documented like it matters — because it does.
Diagnose with data. Factory software first, parts cannon never. Half our reputation is machines other shops guessed at.
Fix the cause. The belt is the symptom; the clutching is the story. We bill for solving problems once.
Tell the truth. Including "that can wait," "you don't need that part," and "this repair isn't worth the machine." The no-surprises promise runs through our whole build process.
Document everything. Every machine leaves with records — what was done, what was measured, what's coming next. Machines with histories don't do surprises.
The people holding that standard are worth meeting — the crew's stories live on the team page, and their work fills the build gallery.
1840 Queenston Blvd in west Houston (77084) — easy off the Energy Corridor. Monday through Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 9am–4pm, closed Sunday. Trailer parking is genuinely accommodated, not just tolerated.
No — independent by design. We run the same factory diagnostic software dealers use, without the dealer queue or the pressure to sell you next year's machine. Service and builds are the whole business, which is why they get the whole standard.
The every-machine model done for real: factory diagnostics across six platforms, a marine bay with a test tank, in-house fabrication, and one documented history for your whole garage. Browse the full directory on our services page and judge the depth yourself.
The full service directory tells you what we do — a first visit tells you how we do it. Either works.
