The Six Steps

CONSULT TO DELIVERY — THE DOCUMENTED PATH

01
The Consult
Phone, form, or walk-in — tell us the machine, the symptom or the dream, and how you ride. You get a same-day response and an honest first read, including "that's not worth doing" when it's true.
02
Inspection & Diagnosis
The machine comes in and meets the factory software plus experienced eyes. Findings get shown to you — photos included — before anything is written up.
03
The Written Plan
Parts, labor, and timeline in writing. Big builds get staged plans with real numbers per phase. No vague line items — you know exactly what you're approving.
04
The Build
Work proceeds to the plan. Mid-job discoveries get a call with photos before any extra work — the no-surprises rule has no exceptions clause.
05
Test & Verify
Every machine gets proven before pickup — shakedown for land machines, the test tank for watercraft, torque checks and documentation across the board.
06
Delivery & Records
Walkthrough of what was done, the settings you should know, and the complete record for your file. The machine leaves better documented than it arrived.

Why the ceremony? Because the industry's default is the opposite — verbal quotes that drift, surprise line items, and machines returned with mystery settings. Every step above exists because its absence burned a customer somewhere, and we decided early that it wouldn't happen here.

The process scales without changing: a scheduled service compresses the steps into a day; a full custom build stretches them across weeks with progress updates between. Same skeleton, same honesty.

Proof beats promises: the build gallery shows the output, and the reviews show the aftermath — the part where customers describe pickup day in their own words.

Common Questions

BUILD PROCESS FAQ

You get a call with photos before anything happens — what we found, what it means, what it costs, and whether it can wait. Then you decide. The only exception is safety-critical items, where we'll stop the job entirely rather than return a dangerous machine.

We quote real timelines including parts lead times — which means our dates are honest rather than optimistic. When a supplier slips, you hear it from us before the promised date, not after. Machines don't sit here as inventory; the schedule is managed so they move.

Yes — customer parts get installed at the same standard, with one honest caveat: we'll tell you before install if a part doesn't fit the plan's goals, and warranty on customer-supplied components rides with their manufacturer rather than our bench.
